10 DBL DB/KB C&J
10 Alt DB/KB Lunges
12/15 KCal Ski
10 Devils Press 25/35# +/-
10 C2B Pull Ups 

Today’s workout is a partner workout where you will alternate working partners for each exercise. Person one will complete all 10 clean and jerks before a person two begins their alternating lunges. Pick weights you can keep moving with, and don’t forget to have fun.
