Workout Notes/Intentions: Today we have a chipper to be done in teams of 2. All movements will be done with the same barbell weight. The floor press and hang power cleans will be the limiters on how heavy you are able to go. Share the work however you want. Between every barbell movement you will perform cals on a machine of your choice. Calories decrease as you progress through the workout but barbell movements stay at 100 reps throughout.
