10 BB Thrusters
10 Box Jump Overs
10/14 Kcal Row

RX: 65/95#
Intermediate: 55/75#
Beginner: 35/45# +/-

This will be  fast push the pace type workout. Set up equipment in a row and as soon as your partner finishes the row, person two should immediately start the ski. Person one completes a full round before person two starts their full round.
