40 power cleans
40 pullups
40 back rack lunges
40 wallballs
40 floor press
40 cals
*every 2:00, teams perform 5 synchro burpees

Workout Notes/Intentions: Today’s partner WOD can be split up however you choose. Every 2 minutes stop where you are, and perform 5 burpees. Both partners do the burpees at the same time and the idea is that they are synchro, so do them together. Once both partners are done their burpees, you can return to where you were in the AMRAP.
