50 cal row
25 burpees
50 front rack lunges @65/95#
25 burpees
50 wallballs @14/20#
25 burpees
50 hang C&J @65/95#
25 burpees
50 cal ski

Workout Notes/Intentions: Today’s WOD is a long chipper, meant to be done solo. Chip away at the reps and try to move consistently. Save something for the last 10-15 cals so you can finish hard. Break up the 50’s however you need- quick sets of 10 will get the work done. Have fun!
