20 Ring Dips
25 Front Squats
30 T2B / HLR
35 Hang Power Cleans
40 Kcal ECHO

Intermediate: 65/95#
Beginner: 55/75# +/-

With one person working at a time, chip away at today’s workout. Modify weights and movements as needed. For your thrusters you should be able to finish them in two sets (one each) for a weight guide 🙂
