Workout Notes/Intentions: this is a chipper style workout, but an AMRAP instead of for time. Once you finish the C&J you go back to the sit ups. Use weight for lunges and C&J; whatever you have (BB, DB, KB). Break up pushups into small quick sets. Sub running, stairs, skipping or burpees for cals.
