Build to a heavy three thrusters

On a 9 second clock perform three BB Thrusters building weight each round. This should be a higher weight than you will use in part B.

6 Box Over Burpees
3 Thrusters

Intermediate: 95/135#
Beginner: 65/95# +/-

For 24 minutes, alternate working partners completing full rounds, Rounds should be around 90 seconds – 2 minutes (modify numbers if needed) These are heavy thrusters to finish each round so you should be able to complete all three under fatigue (and still look good:)
