Workout Notes/Intentions: Today’s WOD is a nice long grinder! Keep track of your rounds in some way, so you don’t lose count!  This workout is intended to be a barbell workout if you have, but of course dumbbells or kettle bells will work too! Pick a weight that you can do your cleans in 1-2 sets, and the S2OH in 1-2 sets as well. Every 1:30 you will stop working and perform 5 strict chin-ups before continuing where you were. Workout starts with burpees, not chinups. Sub a supine grip row of some sort for chin-ups if you have no chin-up bar.
