For the next five Saturdays, there will be no noon classes to accomodate for the CrossFit Open. Starke Kids will be running at noon and the CrossFit open workouts to run at 1pm.

Athletes NOT signed up for the open will have an opportunity to participate in the open workouts at 8:30am and 9:30 am on Saturdays for the next five weeks.

If you ARE signed up for the open we will be doing a briefing beginning at 12:15pm going ver the workout upstairs in the mezzanine and watching the demo video, talking about strategy and answering questions. If you want help with a game plan, be here for this as we will not have time to go through this as athletes roll in one by one.

We will develop heats based on equipment, judges, and athletes in attendance.
