Saturday 2-26-22 Workout Of The Day

GYM NEWS: For the next three Saturday’s including today, we will be doing the open workout or I’ll create a partner variation of the open workout for those that choose to go that route.

Open workouts for those signed up for the open will be done Saturday @ 11:30am onward.

Open Workout 22.1

Partner Option (you go I go)
AMRAP – 30
3 Wall Walks
12 Alternating DB Snatches
15 Box Jumps or Step ups

In 30 Minutes alternate working partners each round completed. Hitting this as a partner option will allow you to go faster during your work period and keep the intensity up. Partial wall walks or push ups are acceptable alternatives.

RX: 35/50#
Intermediate: 30/40#
Beginner: 20/30#

Solo Option
AMRAP – 15
3 Wall Walks
12 Alternating DB Snatches
15 Box Jumps or Step ups

In 15 Minutes complete as many rounds and reps as possible. Partial wall walks or push ups are acceptable alternatives.

RX: 35/50#
Intermediate: 30/40#
Beginner: 20/30#
