When picking your deadlift weight choose a weight you can perform ten unbroken deadlifts with FRESH. Keep in mind this is a lot of volume and movement and mechanics is more important than score here.

For option two with only one person working at a time chip away at the above movements. When it comes to the bike, alternate rounds where one partner does all the Kcal then the next round the other partner will do all the Kcal. Keep the movements strict, don’t burn out and KEEP Moving!!!
