10 Bar Over Burpees (same bar)

Todays workout is a synchro workout. Find a partner and go rep for rep with them to complete each exercise.

If synchro won’t work for your team, double the reps (not the calls) and perform a you go, I go workout.

The only thing you’re not going synchro for is the ECHO bike calls. 16 kcal for teams of two women and 20 kcal for dudes or mixed teams.
