5 Deadlifts (heavy)
5 Dive Bomber Push-Ups
60 Second (40ish steps up staircase) odd object carry or odd object step ups for 60 sec.
5 Strict Chin Ups
5 Split Squats / Leg

Ok, so today should be a sweaty grinder ALL ABOUT STRENGTH. If you don’t have enough weight to challenge you slow the movements down and stay under tension for a longer period of time.
