30 Strict BB Press
30 Back Squat Jumps
30 C2B Pull Ups
30 Box Jumps
30 Floor Wipers (right & left = 1 rep)
30 Alt. Back Lunges (60 total)

*E5M 30 Kcal ECHO (0,5,10,15,20,25)

RX: 65/95#
Intermediate 55/75#
Beginner: 45/55# +/-

Today’s partner workout will be a share the load type workout with only one person working at a time. If you’re using the same weights you can share a bar OR have separate bars if needed. The workout will start on the ECHO bike for 30 kcal and every 5 min when the bell sounds, teams will need to perform 30 kcal on the bike before picking up where they left off. Have fun!
