E2M – 5
Build to a heavy three TNG Deadlift

Partner up, share a bar and some weights and find a “heavy” three touch & go deadlifts. These should be heavier than the weights you’ll be using in your third round.

B.
AMRAP 5:
Buy-In: 20 C2B Pull-ups, Pull-Ups, Ring Rows
12 Deadlifts (Round 1 Weight)
50 Double Unders or Single Skips

Rest 5 Minutes

AMRAP 5:
Buy-In: 20 C2B Pull-ups, Pull-Ups, Ring Rows
9 Deadlifts (Round 2 Weight)
50 Double Unders or Single Skips

Rest 5 Minutes

Part B. is three five minute AMRAP’s with 20 pull-ups for a buy in and a couplet of deadlifts and double unders or single skips after the pull ups are complete. Increase weight fro each five minute AMRAP (see suggested weights above) and move well. You should be able to touch and go your deadlifts for at least the first AMRAP, 1-2 sets for the second AMRAP and 1-3 sets for the third AMRAP.
