“Solo Sufferfest”
10 Double Bell C&J 40/60#
12 Alternating KB Back Lunges (bells at your sides)
10 Shoot Throughs (paralettes, bells or boxes)
10 Burpee Pull-Ups
*There will be a “Fire Drill” every five minutes where athletes will take off on a 300m run at the sound of the bell. When you take off on your run remember what exercise and rep you’re on as you’ll pick up where you left off when you get back in the gym.
