10 Squat Clean Thrusters
15 Push Ups
10 Back Lunges / leg (not alternating)
15 Dips (ring, box or bench)
10 Back Squat Jumps
100 Double Unders 200 single skips or 50 Toe Taps

Today’s workout is a 30 min AMRAP that can be sure with a Barbell, DB’s or Kettlebells. Pace yourself and perform consistent movements and variations that you’ll be able to do from start to finish. Your movements in your last round should look as good as the ones in your first round.
