30 DB Devils Press (no push up)

E5M perform 20 Kcal ECHO (5,10,15,20,25,30)

RX: BB 65/95# DB 30/40#
Intermediate: BB 55/75# DB 25/35#
Beginner: BB 45/55# +/- DB 20/30#

In teams of two with only one person working at a time, perform the above movements in order. Every five minutes a bell will go and each team should perform 20kcal on the ECHO bike before continuing where they left off.
