Workout 1. 
Partner Murph
1 Mile Run
100 Pull Ups / Banded Pull Ups / Jumping Pull Ups / Ring Rows
200 Push Ups
300 Air Squats
1 Mile Run

Both partners must start and tackle the workout as a chipper NOT PARTITIONED. If one person is a faster runner, they can come in earlier and start chipping away on the pull-ups. If one person wants to leave sooner for the second run that is allowed BUT the clock stops when both teammates return in the gym.

In 8 minutes build to your heaviest 2 RM Thruster (squat clean + 2 thrusters)
Immediately at the 8:00 mark start part B.
