Today’s workout is a you go I go partner workout. The reps are low so you should be able to break the workout up into two sets of each exercise before moving on the the next. Pick weights that’ll keep you moving and enjoy the run every 7 minutes…

*Coaches notes. the best way to time these workouts is
Rogue clock is set to sound down from 35min
Boxing timer is set for 5 rounds @ 420 seconds/round (7min)
Set the boxing timer for a 20-30 second countdown
Once the boxing timer counts down and gets to ten have ready and start the ten second count down on the Rogue clock. This will give you a timer that counts down for the workout and a dedicated timer with a bell to get participants to start running…
