In teams of two… and synchro…
10 BB Thrusters
10 T2B / HLR / Sit Ups
10 Hang power cleans
10 Pull Ups
10 Front rack back lunges
10 Push ups
10 BB Back squat jumps
10 Ring dips
*E5M 150m partner run (5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30)
In teams of two perform the above workout as a synchro partner workout. Pace yourself accordingly and don’t worry about using the same weights, you can go lighter or heavier than your partner if you like 🙂
Every five minutes perform a 150m run with your partner before picking up where you left off.
