In Teams of two, you go I go…

AMRAP – 35
10 C2B Pull Ups
9/12 Kcal ECHO
10 Thrusters
14/20 Kcal Row
10 Over the rower burpees

In today’s partner workout, person 1 will do all 10 pull-ups then person two does all Kcal’s on the ECHO bike, person one will do all 10 thrusters and so on. Continue in that fashion alternating exercises until you reach your 30 min cap and modify exercises to complete them in one set if possible.
