Today is a Lonnnnnng AMRAP. Hit it on your own or with a partner and double the reps and Kcals. Aim for a weight you can do 3-5 touch and go squat cleans with, break only once on the S2OH, and no break on the front rack lunges. When in doubt, go on the lighter side. If you’re feeling good half way to 20 min through, add some weight. Your calories should be done on the same piece of cardio equipment throughout the workout so make sure to pick something you love.
