*Substitute rope climbs for grounded rope climbs (40) or commando pull-ups (40) Commando pull ups can be completed on the pullup bar OR with a BB in the rack.
Today’s workout is a spin on the Hero WOD “Glen”. Partner up and share the load. If you’re limited and not able to run, use the conditioning chart to choose your alternative method of cardio for the workout. The only thing we didn’t double up on for this workout is the two, one mile runs (you’re welcome).
