In Teams of two… You go, I go…

AMRAP – 40 (don’t worry, it’s only 20 min of work each 🙂
“Ashphalt Whoopin”
8/12 Kcal ECHO
16 Alternating DB Snatches
10 Burpees
1 Sprint to the end of the parking lot and back (Kapelus rd.)

Rx: 35/50#
Intermediate: 30/40#
Beginner 20/30#

This workout is a 1:1 work rest ratio with your partner. Rounds will be around 3ish minutes and you SHOULD push the pace during your work period and be ready to go on the bike when your partner gets back in off the run. The partner on the bike should start as soon as your partner gets back in the garage door.
