10 Pull Ups
10 DB Box Step Overs
10 Ring Dips
10 Thrusters
150m Run (together)
Today’s workout is a DB workout where person one will complete ten reps of lunges then person two will complete ten lunges. Person one will perform ten pull ups then person two will complete ten pull ups. Follow the workout this way until the 150m run where both partners will run together. Make sure to pick weights and movements you can perform in one set OR two quick sets to complete your ten reps.
