4 Dbl DB Devils Press
2 Dbl DB Squat Cleans

*E5M 150m Run (0,5,10,15,20,25)

Today’s workout is a partner workout where one person completes one full round before person two completes one full round. Rounds should take around 90-120 seconds to perform and your DB reps should be unbroken from your renegade rows through to your DB squat cleans.
