OUR SIX WEEK CHALLENGE BEGINS
MONDAY OCTOBER 1ST TO FRIDAY NOVEMBER 9TH 

No matter what your fitness level, no matter how long you’ve been training, no matter what your background, you’ll be challenged while being held accountable to the high quality movement standards that Starke is known for.
We believe that training must follow the hierarchy of mechanics, consistency and then intensity, no matter what sport or style of training is being done. The risk of injury is lessened when form is put before intensity, which is why this is always our main focus.
Our boot camp will challenge you, because you don’t get fitter and stronger by taking the easy route. We value tried, tested, and true training methods and welcome new ones. We know there are no shortcuts in training, health or nutrition. No matter what your goals are, you get what you work for. It won’t always be easy, but our coaches are here to help with that, EVERY workout and EVERY step of the way.
