30 MInute Grinder…

10 KB Deadlift + 120′ loaded carry (garage door to turf and back)
8  DB Strict Press
10 Strict Pull ups / C2B Pull Ups
8 Ring Dips
10 Dbl. Bell (DB or KB) Front Squats
1 x Sled Push

Today’s workout is a grinder and will get the whole body working. While warming up, choose weights that are challenging and can be done in 1-2 sets. This won’t be a fast workout but you should try to keep moving and allow yourself rest moving from one movement to the next.
