EMOM 25 (5 rounds)
1. 10 DB Hollow press
2. 6-8 Single leg hip hinge / DL / leg (DB or KB)
3.10 Bent over BB row (supine grip)
4. 8-18 DB Squat jumps
5. 10 DB Bicep curls

B. Core work (coaches choice) 

Welcome to another Sunday strength workout. Today’s workout is on a 60 second clock for each movement so choose weights that will challenge you yet. Allow you to have about 20 seconds rest every round. The rest is your transition time as well so it’ll get eaten up pretty quickly.

Coach Joelle will finish you all off with a little core work. Enjoy every minute of it!
