A. E’MOM‘ x 20 minutes (5 rounds)
min 1: 5 single arm DB thrusters/side
min 2: 8-12 cal bike
min 3: 5 DB snatch/side (not alt.)
min 4: 10-14 cal row

rest 5 mins

B. 5 min AMRAP
max rep burpee box jumps @20/24″

Notes: Weight for the EMOM is athletes choice and should be challenging but unbroken. Try to use the same weight for thrusters and snatches; only one DB is required per athlete. Calorie minutes should allow for ~20 seconds rest per minute; choose accordingly. The dumbbell minutes will likely allow for more rest than the row/bike minutes. Push yourself and have fun!
