A. 10 min EMOM
odd: 5 chinups
even: double KB overhead hold/walk

B. 10 min EMOM
odd: 5 strict ring dips
even: DU / DU practice

C. 10 min EMOM
odd: 10 heavy goblet squats
even: wall sit

Workout Notes: Today we have 3 x 10 minute EMOM’s. You can stagger the starting points to save space/equipment if needed. The second minute in each EMOM is for the entire minute. The rest portion will be after the first minute’s exercise is done. For the overhead hold/walk, use two kettlebells. You can load the wallsit with weight to make it more challenging. Rest a few minutes between each EMOM to recover and prepare for the next one.
