A. E90 – 27 (3 Rounds) 
12 heavy goblet squat jumps
10 ring dips
8/arm single KB thrusters
6/arm KB snatch
4 strict pullups
2 sled push

100 hollow rocks

Workout Notes: Find heavy and challenging variations for each movement. Move consistently for 30 minutes, resting as needed. You should need some recovery between each movement- if not, go heavier!
