3: 10 strict t2b/t2r
4: 5/arm single DB row
5: 1 length heavy sled push

B. 3 sets NFT
1:00 wallsit (+ weight)
1:00 planl (+ weight)

Workout Notes: Part A is a 25 minute EMOM- you will perform one exercise on the minute for 5 rounds through.

Part B is 3 rounds not for time, just get the work done and add weight to each static hold if possible. Rest as needed.
