40 jumping lunges
20 single arm DB hang C&J
60 DU
30 jumping lunges
15 single arm DB hang C&J
40 DU
20 jumping lunges
10 single arm DB hang C&J

Workout Notes/Intentions: For part A, back squats will be from the rack (space allowing). Weight should be challenging but repeatable. Goal is to finish the 6th rep and then be able to run right away. Somewhere around 75% of your 1RM if you have an accurate 1RM currently. The run is meant to be a HARD run; not a jog. The faster you run, the more rest you get! You should have about 1 min of rest each round.

For Part B, the goal for DU and DB C&J is unbroken! Just get the jumping lunges done in whatever sets you need; quick sets of 10 with short rest between is a good option. This is meant to be a quick, short piece. Get the work done!
