A.EMOM x 25
1: 1-2 rope climb
2: 6-8 ring dips
3: 10-12 heavy goblet squats
4: 6-8 L-sit pull-ups (or variation)
5: 0:40 weighted wallsit
B.Core Work (coaches choice)
Workout Notes: Part A is a 25 minute EMOM- you will go through all the movements for 5 rounds. Prior to starting the workout the coach will go over variations and options for the movements. Part B is coach-led core work.
