100 step ups
80 KB snatch
60 goblet squats
40 ring rows
20 pushups
40 ring rows
60 lunges
80 KB push press
100 step ups

Workout Notes/Intentions: All movements in this chipper are meant to be done with one single kettlebell, aside from the ring rows and pushups. Choose a weight that allows you to do 10-20 reps of the KB movements without putting that bell down. You may switch arms as often as you would like. Chip away at the reps, resting as needed.
