2: 5/arm heavy single DB push press
3: 5/leg heavy step ups
4: 12 weighted sit ups

Workout Notes: Part A is a 30 min EMOM. There are no prescribed weights- choose what will challenge you but allow about 20 seconds of rest each minute. The fifth minute is an all out effort on the rower, followed by a full minute of rest. Be consistent with your rowing rounds.
