A. 5 rounds
5 strict DB press (R)

B. 6 sets for max reps (12 min)
0:30 jumping lunges
Workout Notes/Intentions: Part A is an upper body strength piece. The goal is to rest minimally between exercises; mainly just time transitioning. Rest comes after the full round has been complete, so after the pull-ups, you rest 1:30. Clock will run so you can time your rest.
Part B will be a leg burner! No time to transition between the bike and lunges so jump off and start lunging immediately. You get a full minute of rest between each round to recover. Aim for consistent scores; last round should be an all out effort, don’t hold back! Score is cals + jumping lunges for each round.
