0:45 L-sit/tuck hold (paralettes/box)
B. E2:30 x 5 sets
10 heavy goblet squats
0:45 wallsit (+weight)
C. 3 RNFT
1:00 plank (+weight)
20 hollow rocks
Workout Notes: Part A and B can be done in either order. For the L-sit/tuck holds, use two boxes of the same height or the paralettes. Coaches can modify and give other variations. Lessen the time if needed. Challenge yourself with weights and variations. Part C is core work, not on a clock. Get it done and ensure movement quality.
