handstands / handstand push-ups
B. 25 min. Grinder
5 strict HSPU
5/leg dbl KB front rack step ups
150m loaded carry (gate + back)
10 heavy dbl DB cleans
15 weighted sit-ups w/plate
10 gorilla rows
Workout Notes: Part A is some skill work; either working ok handstands or handstand push-ups. Coach will give drills and suggestions based on where you are at. Find a variation you will use in Part B.
Part B is a 25 minute grinder. Choose heavy weights and variations that you will need to rest between exercises. No rounds/reps will be recorded.
