Dbl. Kettlebell Deadlift + lengths of loaded carry* & DB Chest Press
Perform 10 KB deadlifts followed by 10 lengths of loaded carry + 10 DB Chest press
If you put the kettlebells down during your loaded carries, perform 10 push ups before picking your bells up and continuing where you left off.
