1. 10-12 Alternating DB Chest Press*
2. 12 Dbl KB. Deficit Back Lunges 6/ leg not alternating
3. 15 Ring Rows
4. 8-10 Dbl. KB Strict Thrusters (front squat, pause @ top lock legs + strict press)
5. 2x Sled Sprint
*Both arms start locked out then one arm will drop down and press back out before the other arm starts to move (5 or 6 / side for a total of 10-12 reps).
