A. 25 minute Circuit
6-8/side weighted step ups
6-8/side landmine press
0:45 weighted wallsit
6-8 ring rows
1 length heavy sled push
B. 0:30 on / 0:30 off*
cals (ECHO bike or ski erg)
*until 120/100 cals complete
Workout Notes/Intentions: Part A is a circuit. No scores will be kept, just move consistently and challenge yourself with weight and variations.
For Part B, you are working for 30 seconds and resting for 30 seconds. You will complete as many rounds as it takes to complete 100 cals (ladies) or 120 cals (guys). You should be going very hard, almost all out for the 30 seconds. The goal is to do this in as few rounds as possible. Use one of 3: Echo bike or ski erg. If you must use another machine, up the cals. Try to use an Echo bike or ski erg if at all possible.
