8-10 Strict KB Thrusters
6-8 Rope Pull Ups (two ropes, two hands, one hollow body and one smile:)
6 DB Back Lunge to Hip Hinge / Leg
10 Alt. DB Renegade Rows with Push Up
2 x HEAVY Sled Push
Today’s workout (grinder) doesn’t have a clock attached to it so move through it consistently, find weights that are challenging and build through if possible. This strength workout isn’t ment to be fast and furiois so take your time and go a little heavier if possible.
