1. 6-8 BB Clean & Strict Press*
2. 6-8 KB Bulgarian split squats / side
3. 1 Strict rope climb (2 up and down if your feet stay on the ground)
4. 6-8 KB Single leg deadlift / leg (one or two bells)
5. 8 DB Chest Press @ 31×1 Tempo
* Clean & Press should be a muscle clean from the ground followed by a strict press. Your weight will be extremely limited as compared to a power or squat clean & Jerks or or push press.
Find some “heavy” weights for your circuit today and challenge yourself with the movements. Quality of movement is always more important than quantity of weight in your hands.
