Sunday 10-17-2021 Workout Of the Day
barbell bent over rows
B. 3 x 3 min AMRAP, rest 1:30 b/w
10 KB snatch (5/arm)
15 air squats
Workout Notes/Intentions: Part A is a descending strength ladder. Start at 10 reps of each movement, and drop one rep every set until you finish at 1 rep. Ass the reps decrease, find ways to make the movements more difficult (i.e. add weight for the rows and get more horizontal for the ring pushups)
For Part B, you will pick up where you leave off every AMRAP. All movements should be quick and unbroken so you can cycle through several rounds across the 3 AMRAP’s. Snatches are 5&5.
