Sunday 10-22-23 Workout Of The Day

Circuit – 25
6-8 BB Strict Press
8-10 Bent Over Row
10-12 Floor Press
14 Single leg DL (6-7 / leg)
2 Sled Push

Today’s grinder will be done with a barbell. Find a challenging wait for 6-8 strict press with your barbell. Have some weight nearby to add for some bent over rows. Then have a little bit more weight for your floor press. Your single leg deadlift should be 6-7 per leg. As we warm up, you can find a good working wait for each of these movements and add and take off plates as your rest between exercises. To take a little break from the barbell, head over to the sled and push it for two lengths.
