Hey everyone, well it seems like there’s some excitement for the new Sunday schedule being open. Please make sure to register for classes in advance so coaches can plan warm-ups appropriately and will allow us to tailor workouts to the size of the groups.

Even: 5 strict pullups / C2B
Find a partner using the same weight for lunges and share. While one person uses the KB/DB the other partner will be doing pull-ups.
